Friendly service, Angela is excellent, only had curls put in my hair a couple of times and both times came out beautiful and very well done. Curls held up until the next hair wash! Been looking for a stylist near home for a couple of years now. I'm cautious when it comes to cutting my hair, but will definitely get my hair trimmed soon.

My cousins referred me to Bliss last spring and I have seen Belinda and Sarah for color. They are both outstanding! I recently had a spa pedicure by Justina and I am obsessed. I cannot wait to get another one. "Spa" pedicure at Bliss is the way to go. The staff are friendly, accomodating and highly skilled. I love it there and am so glad I don't have to salon hop any further!!

Booked this salon for the first time, not knowing what to expect. They seemed nice and was pleased with the result (had partial foil, toner, trim and blow dry), however the surprise came in when I had to pay. $166 for what it was supposed to be under $100. Did not comment anything, but took a price brochure with me at home. For the services I had, the total came out to about $120. The next day called the salon back and asked for a bill to be emailed to me and asked why the difference in price? The receptionist told me that I was booked with a "skilled" hair stylist and that is why "her" prices are higher. Asked what does she mean by that, as I assumed everybody is "skilled" there, after all they are a quite luxurious place. She said that they have senior professionals with higher prices and "associate" level professionals, which prices are mentioned in the brochure as "starting at". Told her I was not explained that when I booked, not to mention that I was not asked if I wanted to be seen by a senior level professional either. She offered to have the owner call me. Owner called later in the day, apologized for their mistake and said that she will look into who booked me so that they can be spoken to and avoid this from happening again. Only when I told her that I will not be returning there she offered a free blow dry, but I did not feel like going back there after all. I was so upset. Felt being taken advantage of and frankly if I had known this from the beginning I would not have gone there to begin with. Would you be comfortable making an appointment with an un-experienced professional and pay top prices? (their "associate" level prices are about 20% higher than same services at other salons in the area). Probably not!! Lesson learned. Bad first impression, anyway. Too bad for the owner, she was nice but her front staff needs a lot of training and customer service skills. I've worked in customer service myself and I know how important the client's first visit is. A lot to learn from this experience, if they care...
