My mom had rotator cuff surgery in April ( she had a full width tear), and her doctor was concerned about the amount of stiffness she still had in her shoulder a few months after she had begun therapy. After having a less than stellar experience at a different physical therapist in Middleton, my mother's doctor recommended we try Off-Season. We are so glad that he did, because Off-Season was the answer to our prayers. If you are looking to get the best care possible, go to Off-Season. Larry and Katie, the husband and wife owners, are some of the kindest people you will ever meet... they really do care about their patients. Their commitment to wellness radiates throughout the entire staff. They take their time with you, and treat you as a person, not just as another customer walking through the door. They listen when you tell them a certain area hurts or doesn't feel right, and make sure that you understand each stretch and exercises so that you can replicate them properly when you go home. They also apply ice and massage her shoulder which has helped tremendously in the healing process.

Off Season is great ! The staff is friendly, empathetic and highly competent. The North Andover facility has a large turf covered gym/room that is clean with all the latest equipment. I have used them for multiple injury recovery's over the years with great results.

We do not live in North Andover, by three times per week my mom drives there in order to experience the great level of care Off-Season offers.

If you are looking for the best physical therapy on the North Shore, go to Off-Season. A big thanks to Larry, Katie, Scott, and Michelle- you have made such a difference and have helped my mom feel like herself again.

The entire environment in the office is positive, and that is easily felt by the patients. Some exercises can be uncomfortable, but the staff does such a good job at talking to you and laughing with you, that they take your mind off the discomfort, and you are able to accomplish some truly wonderful things. After just a few months my mom's shoulder has done a complete 180- her stiffness is virtually gone, and she is able to lift her arm almost straight above her head. She looks forward to going to her appointments every week because she can actually feel herself getting stronger, she sees real progress, and knows that at each appointment she will be met by a caring and compassionate group of people.
