The store manager is Robert, this guy so nice and professional, I would recommend every one if you need storage to check this place out
Very easy to set up an account and work with the managers at ExtraSpace Storage in North Andover. Worked specifically with Robert Reynolds, who was great. It was very easy to come and go when I wanted to due to the long hours of business and to have my stuff safely stored.
Mr. Robert Reynolds truly executed brilliant customer service. To attribute his helpful presence, he was very informative on different pricing plans for the storage space. His accommodations were reliant on his sensitivity to our urgent deadline(s). Awesome storage! Great location. Controled climate is perfect for the winter. Management is extremely helpful. They helped me move in same day and I had a look at the unit that best suited me. I'm very satisfied and feel my belongings will be secure in this storage facility.
Rented at this location because out of all the ones I looked into, this was the safest and CLEANEST one. Rob, the manager, was very helpful. would recommend this place
