Worst customer service ever experienced!! Prices go up every year without an real reason.started with 1200$ annual insurance and after three years ended up paying 1880$ without any accident or point on my records.not helpful when you have any kind of questions!! Never going back with Allstate!! I would not recommend this company to anyone!!
Pushy sales guys. Want you to get insurance right at the moment and can't even add their numbers. Not sure why so hard on their clients. Wont take NO for an anwer
Anycia has no clue what she is doing. She caused my registration to be revoked due to little knowledge of simple MA and NH Dmv laws. Stay clear of Anycia if you don't want any 'mistakes' that cause you to take days off of work to fix and many trips back and forth to the dmv
Great service and expertise, Mcalvan and Greg answered all of my questions with ease. They were able to save me over $1000 a year between my 2 cars motorcycle and my Home. I am a car salesmen and about half of my customers use Kurt Wicks so i decided to give them a try and i'm glad i did.
