Helpful staff and a great selection of products. They may not have the brand you are looking for, but they will have an alternative. They stand by their products and have fixed mix-ups in the past for me with no hassle. I will continue to patronize them for my urgent home repair needs when a trip to Home Depot is not necessary and I don't want to wait for Amazon to ship the item to me.
Purchased a Stihl chainsaw and used it for ten minutes. It instantly started to smoke. I brought it back the next day and Jerry and the manager Mike would not consider replacing it or even fixing it citing user error. There was no user error and clearly the chainsaw was defective. After a decade of shopping there I'm forced to go elsewhere. Enjoy the chainsaw Jerry and Mike. I'm happy Stihl is able to keep their 300 dollars after less than 10 minutes of using their product. The big guys win again. Good job Jerry and Mike! Way to keep your customers in mind!
Good selection in a pinch, but poor hours and very expensive, most things are 10-30% more expensive then they should be. This would be fine if the service was good, staff was well trained, and hours were good, but they are only 'ok' with all these attributes...
