Dr. Demetriou is great! He and his staff are efficient and have all the modern equipment. You could not ask for a better experience.
I don't normally do reviews but absolutely had to this time. This was my first time here. The office is beautifully decorated. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and accommodating. My hygienist was absolutely awesome. I am terrified of going to the dentist but they made me feel completely at ease and that is huge for me. They took the time to explain everything and not once did I feel rushed.
After my first day of getting checked out (x-rays and things like that) I told Gary that I would really like to get my work done as soon as possible and he immediately offered to see me the next day. That day was actually already full of appointments, but he was nice enough to find a way to work me in because he knew my situation was bothering me a lot. I came in the next day and was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I've had a couple more appointments since then (including a cleaning) and every visit has gone smoothly.
Having a deadly fear of any dentist, the last place I want to be is in a dentist's chair. Thanks to Dr. Gary Demetriou's professionalism, soothing hands and his listening skills relating to pain management. I keep up all my appointments. His staff is very helpful and cordial. It's a must experience!
I recently ran into a situation where I somewhat desperately needed to make a dentist appointment and I tracked Gary's office down via a Google search. I called up and explained my situation and the very friendly woman on the phone was able to make an immediate appointment to check me out. I was in the office and being taken care of practically within an hour after I called them for the first time.
Long story short, this office is filled with friendly and accommodating people who do great work. I've always been somewhat nervous of dentist visits, but I honestly had a very relaxing and stress-free experience and I wish I tracked them down sooner.
Gary and his staff are amazing! So friendly and easy to work with. My kids feel at ease getting their teeth cleaned.
5/5 stars for sure. This is my dentist going forward...
