Love the owners Sylvie and Claire and clothes- (23 yrs in town!) I have shopped here for years and continue to bring my kids clothes here because they sell. The owners are very nice and always helpful. We have found so many things here that would cost us 100x more in the store. They now have text messaging to notify me of sales and promotions too. We are very fortunate to have this store in NORTH ANDOVER! You do need to make an appointment if you bring lots of clothes but its worth it!
I love this place, the people who work there not so much, that's why it's only 4stars... They always have everything I'm looking for and never leave empty handed
This place is great and the prices are pretty great, as a seller it is pretty great knowing that you get a majority of the profit.
Although this store does a sufficient job of selling my items there is a particular employee who is incredibly rude. She is dismissive, not accommodating and just disrespectful. We have had to deal with her three times and her behavior never changes. If she treats me, the person who provides her with the goods to sell, I can only imagine how she treats the paying customers. I am so happy that I only have to return one more time to pick up the balance of my account. Buyers beware!
