If I could put negative stars I would. I paid for the ultimate wash and all it was brushes and water, no soap or triple foam! Ridiculous and when I ask for my money back ($18) they told me they would only refund me $6!
If only there were no stars. What a disgrace. The only thing that accepts money and DOESN'T have tape over it is the guy at the car wash entrance. And that should probably be blocked too.
Wyner must be a lawyer. Needs to read up on customer. Service I will never go back. This sign alone would cause me to go elsewhere.
The equipment is fine, the staff was smoking pot as I pulled out of the garage for my " complimentary hand dry" not cool, very unprofessional, the place has gone way down hill, it was once the beacon of car washes, now it's sucks... I'll take my business elsewhere, p.s the bathroom is also dirty
